Martin A Neville asked:
I am so sick of hearing about global warming. People telling me my daughter will nevr grow up becasue of it. God is not going to let it happen. People have said the earth is getting hotter for over 4,000 years and still no effects/ So people need to relize global warming is really an outdated theory.

Madeline likes Poetry asked:
In 750 words or less explain how you think the effects of global warming will affect the earth in the next 100 years. If you do not believe in global warming, then your essay should be about how you disagree with the scientists that say global warming is true.
Please help me? Thanks.

aap1970 asked:
I haven’t been able to find any credible sources on the history of the polar ice caps. But, I have heard that the polar ice caps have been free of ice many times in the history of the plant. Is this true? If this is true is this big global warming issue a little over blown because this would be just a natural cycle of the earth. If this has happend before, melting of the polar caps, what has happend in the past?

J7 asked: So more people are paying attention to global warming. Gore won an Academy Award; people are buying Prius’s. All good. Most people in the world could care less.
What earth affecting event needs to occur before everyone on this planet will give up their civil wars and petty squabbles and join together to solve this problem? And when it does, will it be too late to do anything about it?

Karmen Y asked:
I know what global warming is. What I don’t get is why the Earth is turning colder now that the icebergs are melting. Someone please help me!!
Thank you all who answered. Unfortunately, I’m still confused. What I’ve noticed is that the weather is starting to become colder, for example: Ontario, Canada had received a snow storm with the most snow out of past 60 years. I don’t understand how melting icebergs in the north could have affected that. Please leave a reference of your source of information. Thank you once more to all!

amour2vivant asked: I need evidence to back up that plate tectonics (continental drift) processes can cause global warming. I need to find plate tectonics forces that have nothing to do with humankind that is contributing to global warming. Much of what I have found is how plate tectonics can cause cooling of the earth rather than warming it. I need help researching this as I am not having much luck. I have found that ocean currents and volcanoes actually cool the earth rather than warming it.
Whether I believe humankind is causing global warming or not, is not important in this research.

I like to know asked:
We all know about global warming, and how it is causing the ice to melt, the earth getting polluted, and all the other things happening to the earth, like rising temperatures and such, but when is it really going to come into effect? When will we experience everything? In 5 or 10 years? In 100 years? In 1000 years? in 10 000 years?
Is there a definite answer? Or will the earth just suddenly ‘die out’ one day?

Steve C asked:
Its like these people don’t want to state the main reason for Global warming, the massive overpopulation of the Earth? How can we solve this situation if we won’t admit what the real problem is?
